About TOKO

Built for the people who go home — and the families who worry.

TOKO was started by engineers and doctors who spent a decade building hospital bedside monitors. We kept watching the same thing happen: a patient gets discharged, the monitor goes off, and the family is left with a folder of paperwork and a phone number to call "if anything seems wrong." We thought going home shouldn't mean going dark.

So we built a wearable that does what the bedside does — heart rhythm, oxygen, breathing — but small enough to forget you're wearing, simple enough to set up without a nurse, and connected directly to your home WiFi so the people who care about you can see you're OK.

We're based between Sofia and Amsterdam, every device is built and shipped by hand, and we answer support emails ourselves.

Quiet by default

An alert that only fires when it has to is an alert people listen to. Everything else, we keep out of your way.

Comfortable enough to wear

A monitor that's uncomfortable comes off. A monitor that's off doesn't help anyone. Comfort is a clinical feature.

Your data stays yours

We don't sell your vitals, train models on them, or share them with anyone you didn't pick. You can wipe everything at any time.
