What you wear

A soft wrist band and a small chest patch — that's it.

Together they keep an eye on the things that matter most when you're living at home with cardiac, respiratory, or chronic risk — every heartbeat, every breath, every drop in oxygen.

The wrist band

Continuous oxygen, not the once-a-day spot check.

A soft silicone band watches your blood oxygen, pulse, movement and skin temperature — quietly, all day and all night. It stays accurate even while you cook, walk to the shop, or sleep.

  • Blood oxygen & pulse — same accuracy as the finger clip in hospital, but worn all day.
  • Skin temperature — to ±0.1 °C, useful for spotting infection early.
  • Movement & falls — knows if you're sleeping, walking, or have taken a fall.
  • One charge per week — wireless pad, no fiddly cables.

The chest patch

A real ECG, hidden under your shirt.

A small peanut-shaped patch sits on your breastbone and records your heart rhythm and breathing the way a hospital does. Skin-friendly adhesive lasts up to a week; the electronics click off for a quick rinse and click back on.

  • Heart rhythm (ECG) — picks up arrhythmias the watch on your wrist will miss.
  • Breathing rate — useful for COPD, heart failure, and post-discharge recovery.
  • Posture — knows if you're upright, sitting, lying down.
  • Splash-proof — safe in the shower, safe in the rain.
